2. Eligibility
2.1 The App is available only to drivers in the UK who are at least 17 years old and capable of forming legally binding contracts.
2.2 By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.
3. Account Registration
3.1 To use certain features of the App, you may be required to create an account by providing accurate and complete information.
3.2 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
4. Use of the App
4.1 The App is designed to help you locate and navigate to nearby electric vehicle charging stations.
4.2 You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
4.3 Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to, sharing inaccurate or misleading information, using the App for illegal activities, or attempting to disrupt or interfere with the App's functionality.
5. Intellectual Property
5.1 The App and its entire contents, features, and functionality are owned by EVERSURE INFINITY LTD and are protected by intellectual property laws.
5.2 You may not modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, reproduce, publish, license, create derivative works from, transfer, or sell any information or services obtained from the App.

6.1 Our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms and Conditions, governs the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information and location data.

10.2 Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in United Kingdom.
